I have been a zips car wash member for 2 years. I have noticed a significant deterioration in customer service and quality in the car wash facility in the last 6 months and will be cancelling my membership. I was shocked to see this location waa 4.3 starts but all the new reviews are mostly negative further showing how down hill it has gone. Let me tell you my experience and why you would never want to give your money to them. Saturday 4pm 1 car in the non member line. I go through the member line zips car wash employees helps the nonmember pay completely understandable. But here is the issue. We both get through wait for the zip car wash employees. 1 minute goes by 5 minutes 10 minutes. We honk and then go out to look. The employee says there bust with something else and will be another minutes. So waited 15 minutes when there was not a car infront of me. So go through the car wash go to park. I go to the facility where they have rags. All the rags are wet and not any in the clean station. Then use a dirty rag to dry my car. Then i start using the vacuum cleaner. Does not work. Drive to another does not work. Did find one that worked on the 4th try! Then i go use the cleaner prov

I would like to change my 5 star to a 3 star for this location. I prefer it because its the closest to my house but more times than not, they are out of towels so wet spots end up appearing on my truck. Also they usually already have one side of the vacuums shut off well before closing time with plenty of cars still coming through. I still love Zips but it just seems this location isn't up to par like the rest of them.

I’ve used several Zip Car Wash locations and the wash itself usually does a decent job, but there seems to be a consistent issue with the vacuum stations. At almost every location I visit, multiple vacuum bays are either not working properly or have very weak suction. It becomes frustrating having to drive around searching for one that actually works, especially during busy hours. The staff is generally friendly and the locations are convenient, but maintenance on the vacuum area definitely needs improvement. If they fixed and maintained all vacuum stations regularly, this place would easily deserve 5 stars.

The machine wouldn't take my card for payment. I asked the attendant for help and was informed that the lane i was in is for membership holders only. Okay, my mistake (I guess), but then the guy tried to help me out anyway and when he saw that I was only getting a basic wash (in his membership line, the horror!) he said verbatim that: - I must have no financial sense/literacy - I must have a 500 credit score - I must be low intelligence I could not believe how I was spoken to here. Not that I need to defend myself for not getting a membership, but there are lots of good reasons that I would not want a membership. I have had one in the past and it's not really worth it for me, I just want a basic wash every couple of months, and I often wash my own car. Oh and also if I got a membership anywhere it would be at a touchless carwash, not the kind that messes up your paint. The guy kept saying a bunch of disrespectful stuff as I drove off. I wish I had just left and not bought a wash. Definitely will never return. The most bizarre interaction I have ever had with a business.

Why does a drive through car wash need a high-pressure salesperson? You pull in and this guy just appears to push you to buy a package, buy a package, buy a package. Then if you just want a car wash he snatches your card out of your hand like you're not able to process your own transaction. Sorry man, I do NOT want someone else grabbing my card and processing it! I won't be back.
